Patient Information
COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)
During the Covid 19 Pandemic we are aware that many patients are facing financial difficulties and we are bulk billing all Telehealth consultations. We try to refer to pathology and radiology centres that bulk bill all patients.
Due to the current Covid-19 crisis in Melbourne, all appointments are screened to ensure that only patients who need to be physically seen are attending the practice to reduce risk to both patients and staff.
Patients with cough and fever symptoms etc, must call before attending the practice and are to wait in their car until called in to the waiting room.
If you have flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, headache or shortness of breath seek medical help early. The Pakenham COVID 19 testing site run by Monash Health, is situated at 165 Henry Road and is open 7 days per week 8am to 6pm. Masks are mandatory at our clinic unless there is an exemption.
